Our realtor, Tara was......There are literally NO words to describe how pleasant she made our experience. Selling a home and buying a new one a thousand miles away with 4 kids 8 and under, including a 6 month old is stressful enough, but when I say she went above and beyond to help alleviate as much stress as possible I mean it. She was knowledgeable, and honest when she wasn't sure of a question I had I promise you she would give me that "allow me to look into this for you" and call me back within the hour with answers and solutions to EVERYTHING. She was patient with my availability and schedule changes for my trip to fly into Georgia to view homes in person. She even drove me around to each house, which was amazing since I didn't know my way around the city that is to be my family's new home soon. I nurse so I had to bring my baby with me and even SHE took to her almost instantly (she's normally a mommy's girl with a judgy face lol). Unlike the realtor we bought our current home from she never made me feel rushed when I took my time walking a house, she never made me feel indecisive or burdensome for wanting to see homes multiple times (one of which ended up being the home we chose.) Tara is a patient, funny, hardworking, kind spirit in a world of "hurry up and pay me" people that we've been dealing with trying to sell our home here in Texas. You know, the ones that don't actually care or seem to like what they do? She genuinely cared about helping me find a great neighborhood, and home with almost everything on my list (we don't have basements in Texas and really wanted one, but I fell in love with a house without one). I wish she could have been our realtor here too. But the best part about working with Tara is her "I'll make it happen attitude.". When I found the perfect home for my family and I all I had to say was "This is it." To which she replied "Then I'll get it for you." And now, we move in a few weeks!! Very accommodating, she took her time and was also very genuine in showing care and compassion when I experienced a personal loss while she was showing us a property. She even checked in after and offered her listening ear when things got hectic. Always willing to find the answer if she did not know it and always willing to dig deeper if we had other concerns. Very happy with our home and Tara, she is officially the newest member of our family lol! Pleasure to work with, even after closing she waited until our schedules aligned to circle back and check in with us.
